Rick Liu is a Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit and private sectors. Rick joined Community Legal Assistance Society in early 2020. In his current role as Finance Officer, Rick provides budgeting and financial administration support for the organization, while managing the day to day financial requirements from both external and internal stakeholders.
