CLAS has created some publications to assist you with navigating the legal system and representing yourself. We also have publications providing information about CLAS.

Judicial Review Publications. These publications are designed to assist you in representing yourself in a judicial review.

Forms For Judicial Review. These forms are designed to be used with the Self-Help Judicial Review Guide. What document are you trying to prepare?

DRO Orders: Indigent Status & Interim Stay Guide with tabs. This publication is designed to help exempt you from paying court fees (Indigent Status) and remain on your premises after recieiving an eviction order under the Residential Tenancy Act.

General Legal Publications. These deal with topics such as preparing court documents, successfully working with a lawyer, representing yourself in court, and incorporating a non-profit society in BC.

Other Publications.  These are non-legal publications about our organization, including our annual reports.
