The Law Foundation of BC has been our core funder for over 40 years. They currently provide funding for our Community Law Program, our Public Interest Articling Fellowship, and our Community Advocate Support Line.
Legal Aid BC (the Legal Services Society of BC) has been a core funder to CLAS over 40 years. They currently provide funding for our Mental Health Law Program.
The Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission has contributed funding to the Legal Information component of our Mental Health Law Program since September 2002.
The Department of Justice Canada has funded the Stand Informed Legal Services since 2023, and the SHARP Workplaces Legal Advice Clinic from 2019-2024, and since 2025.
The Women and Gender Equality Canada‘s Women’s Program has funded Speak Out: Ending Gender-Based Violence since 2024.
