Cayleigh is a lawyer for CLAS’s Human Rights Clinic. Prior to working at CLAS, Cayleigh worked as a civil litigator at a national private law firm in Vancouver where she represented clients at the BC Supreme Court, Provincial Court of BC, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Civil Resolution Tribunal.

Cayleigh has a longstanding commitment to human rights, anti-violence, and gender equity. She has a B.A. in Women and Gender Studies from UBC and a J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. Cayleigh has facilitated workshops with West Coast LEAF about sexual consent and workplace rights, served as Vice President of the Allard Law Women’s Caucus, and is currently a member on the Women’s Advisory Committee for the City of Vancouver.
