Jason is a lawyer with the Mental Health Law Program. He represents people who have been involuntarily detained under the Mental Health Act as well as people who are under the jurisdiction of the BC Review Board.

Jason joined CLAS in 2023. Prior to working at CLAS, he practiced criminal defence. Jason has represented clients at the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court, and a range of tribunals.

Jason has a B.A. in Applied Geography from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a J.D. from the University of Victoria. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022.
